Privacy, briefly.
This page covers prospect-digest.com, the public Nine Signal website. The site sets no cookies and runs no third-party trackers.
What we collect
- Your email. When you sign up, we store the email address you submit, where you heard about us if you tell us, which tagged link brought you (for example a Reddit post), and whether you want the Sunday email. We use your email for your Nine Signal account and, only if you tick the box, the free Sunday email. Every Sunday email has a one-click unsubscribe. No sharing or selling.
- Anonymous usage events. The site may record which of its own buttons and sections people use (for example, a click on a "Get free access" button), and count each visit once with one word for which kind of site sent the visit (for example Instagram, X or a search engine), never the address of that page. These events carry no email address, no form contents, no IP address, and no identifier of any kind.
Where it lives
We keep waitlist emails and usage events in a Cloudflare D1 database that Nine Signal operates. We do not share or sell them.
How long we keep it
We delete uninvited waitlist records after 24 months, or earlier upon verified request. If you unsubscribe from the Sunday email we stop sending it straight away.
Deletion and questions
To have your email removed from the waitlist, or for any privacy question, contact privacy@prospect-digest.com and we will delete it.
The app
The Nine Signal application at ninesignal.prospect-digest.com is free during the beta. Sign-in and alerts there use your email address, and the sign-in screen never reveals whether an address has an account.
